Unit Organization

Student Success Initiatives (SSI) is a unit of the Enrollment and Student Services division at WWU, and is comprised of the following departments: Academic Advising & Student Achievement Center, Career Services Center, and Western Success Scholars.

As such, the Executive Director of Student Success Initiatives, Sara Wilson, reports to Melynda Huskey, Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services; and the leaders of each SSI department report to the Executive Director. These leaders include:

• Matt Bryant, Planning and Assessment Consultant, who oversees SSI Operations
• Meagan Bryson, Director of the Academic Advising & Student Achievement Center
• Melinda Pelton, Director of the Career Services Center
• Jon Stubblefield, Program Manager for Western Success Scholars
